Forschungsethik bewegt sich im Spannungsfeld zwischen bürokratischer Regulierung und gelebter Praxis. Während ethische Standards den Schutz von Teilnehmenden und die wissenschaftliche Integrität sichern sollen, können strenge regulatorische Vorgaben den Zugang zum Forschungsfeld einschränken und auch die Autonomie der Wissenschaft herausfordern. Anhand persönlicher Erfahrungen aus der sozialwissenschaftlichen Forschung zeigt Hella von Unger, wie Forschungsethik nicht nur eine theoretische Debatte, sondern auch eine praxisnahe Aushandlung ist – mit direkten Auswirkungen auf Methoden, Feldzugänge und wissenschaftliche Karriere.

Her research focuses on Personnel, Education and Innovation Economics, and in particular on the Economics of Vocational and Professional Education and Training.

We welcome Prof. Dr. Vlasta Sikimić. She is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy of Science and a member of the Philosophy & Ethics group at Eindhoven University of Technology. Her research focus is on Social Epistemology of Science, Metascience, Philosophy of AI in Science and Philosophy of AI in Education.
Prof. Dr. Vlasta Sikimić will hold a workshop, which is aimed at researchers from all disciplines, especially female early career scientists.
